My parents often wondered why I would grow so indignant at the falsification and exploitation of the Nazi genocide.

Where justice is denied, where poverty is enforced, where ignorance prevails, and where any one class is made to feel that society is an organised conspiracy to oppress, rob and degrade them, neither persons nor property will be safe.
To study history is to research and find the forces that caused the effects that we later perceive as historical events.

Israel, with help from the U.S., the UK, and other European nations, still needed the help of over 50,000 volunteers from other countries to help them kill defenceless, innocent men, women, children and babies in Gaza.

After the United States-led coalition devastated Iraq in 1991 to punish “Saddam-Hitler,” the United States and Britain forced murderous UN sanctions on that hapless country in an attempt to depose him.
As in the Nazi holocaust, a million children have likely perished.
Questioned on national television about the grisly death toll in Iraq, Secretary of State Madeleine Albright replied that “the price is worth it.”
I wonder how the foreign policies of the United States would look if we wiped out the national boundaries of the world, at least in our minds, and thought of all children everywhere as our own.
The roots of our grief coil so deeply into loss that death has come to live with us like a family member who makes you happy by avoiding you, but who is still one of the family.
Our anger is a rage that Westerners cannot understand.
Our sadness can make the stones weep.
And the way we love is no exception.
The essence of propaganda consists in winning people over to an idea so sincerely, so vitally, that in the end they succumb to it utterly and can never escape from it.

The Crimes Of The Rich And Powerful Go Mostly Unpunished.
I am convinced that imprisonment is a way of pretending to solve the problem of crime.
It does nothing for the victims of crime, but perpetuates the idea of retribution, thus maintaining the endless cycle of violence in our culture.
It is a cruel and useless substitute for the elimination of those conditions, poverty, unemployment, homelessness, desperation, racism, greed, which are at the root of most punished crime.
The crimes of the rich and powerful go mostly unpunished.

As a people, Americans are remarkably familiar with all facts which make in their own favour.
We’re all born with the greatest treasures we’ll ever have in life.
One of those treasures is your mind, another is your heart.
And the indispensable tools of those treasures are time and health.
How you use the gifts of Allah to help yourself and humanity is ultimately how you honour Him.
They Cannot Escape.
When a place becomes unliveable, people move, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency has observed.
This is the case for environmental disasters such as droughts, or for conflicts, such as in Syria.
Yet this last resort is denied to the people in Gaza.
They cannot move beyond their 365 square kilometres territory.
They cannot escape, neither the devastating poverty nor the fear of another conflict.
Its highly educated youth do not have the option to travel, to seek education outside Gaza, or to find work, anywhere else beyond the perimeter fence and the two tightly-controlled border-checkpoints in the north and south of the Gaza Strip.
