Many Of The Bodies Of Palestinians Returned By Israel Showed Signs Of Torture And Execution.
Many of the 90 bodies of Palestinians returned to Gaza by Israeli authorities under the ceasefire deal showed signs of torture and execution, including blindfolds, cuffed hands and bullet wounds in the head, according to doctors’ accounts.
As part of the U.S-brokered truce, Hamas has handed over the bodies of some of the hostages who died during the course of the war, and Israel has transferred the bodies of two groups of 45 Palestinians killed during the fighting.
The exchange was carried out through the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
Doctors at Nasser hospital in the southern Gaza city of Khan Younis, which received the Palestinian bodies from the ICRC, said there was substantial evidence of beatings and summary executions, and that none of the bodies were identifiable.
“Almost all of them had been blindfolded, and had been bound up and they had gunshots between the eyes. Almost all of them had been executed,” said Dr Ahmed al-Farra, the head of Nasser hospital’s paediatric department.
“There were also scars and discoloured patches of skin showing they had been beaten before being killed. There were also signs that their bodies had been abused after they were killed.”
Farra added that the bodies had been handed over by the Israeli authorities with no identification, and the hospitals in Gaza, heavily bombed over the course of two years of war, had no means of doing DNA analysis.
“They know the identity of these bodies but they want the families to suffer even more about these victims,” the doctor said.

The UK Is A Signatory To The 1948 Genocide Convention Which Requires Parties To “Prevent And To Punish” Genocide.
Labour MP Peter Prinsley, who represents Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket, joined a “solidarity” trip in May 2025 that was organised and funded by Labour Friends of Israel.
The delegation posed for a picture with President Isaac Herzog, who a UN commission has concluded “incited the commission of genocide” in Gaza.
When asked why he went, Prinsley said: “I was asked to go. I just do as I’m told.”
Prinsley also declined to describe Israel’s assault on Gaza as a genocide, saying: “I’m not an expert on this stuff.”
Labour’s former deputy leader, Lord Tom Watson, also described Labour Friends of Israel as “a very fine organisation”, but told Declassified he couldn’t remember if he was still a member.
Labour Friends of Israel held a reception inside the party conference, with a keynote speech from chancellor Rachel Reeves, a former vice-chair of the group.
Reeves told LFI: “I know as well in the last couple of years, in the last 15 months, you haven’t always been pleased with the decisions of this government.”
She pledged to always “stand up for Israel”, adding: “I’ll always be a friend of Israel”.
At the conference, Labour members pushed through an emergency vote to accept the recent findings of the UN commission of inquiry, which concluded that Israel “has committed genocide”.
But when questioned by Declassified, most senior Labour politicians refused to use the word “genocide” and briskly walked off.
Official recognition of genocide in Gaza would create significant legal obligations for the government.
The UK is a signatory to the 1948 Genocide Convention which requires parties to “prevent and to punish” genocide.

Not For The First Time, Israel Is Accused Again Of Palestinian Organ Theft.
Israel has been formally accused of systematic organ theft by Gazan authorities, after the bodies of Palestinian detainees handed over by Israel as part of the ceasefire deal were allegedly missing eyes, corneas and internal organs.
While this may seem sensational or far-fetched at first glance, Israeli organ theft and necro-violence, defined as violence performed through the offensive treatment of corpses, against Palestinians is not a new concept.
Accusations and evidence of Israeli doctors harvesting Palestinian organs for profit, transplantation and research stretch back more than three decades and can be viewed as part of Israel’s wider treatment of Palestinians, an occupied people who are afforded little dignity in death as in life.
Gaza government media office director Dr Ismail al-Thawabta said bodies were missing parts including cochleas, corneas, livers and other organs, and that this confirmed the IDF “stole human organs while holding the bodies”.
Al-Thawabta also said “most bodies arrived in deplorable condition, showing evidence of field executions and systematic torture”.
His description of the condition of returned Palestinian bodies is consistent with reported findings of other doctors: evidence of strangulation, hands and feet bound with plastic ties, blindfolds, detainees shot in the head at close range, signs of severe physical torture such as “fractures, burns and deep wounds” and bodies clearly “crushed under the tracks of Israeli tanks”.
In January 2024, CNN reported IDF attacks on 16 cemeteries in Gaza and in the same month, Euro-Med Monitor stated that at least 12 cemeteries had been targeted by the IDF, deliberately bulldozing and desecrating hundreds of graves, and stealing and dismembering bodies.
This followed a New York Times report on the IDF razing Gaza’s cemeteries without military justification, which constitutes a war crime.
January 2024 also saw at least 100 Palestinian bodies buried in a mass grave in Rafah after the IDF took them from hospitals and cemeteries in Gaza.
Medical sources said that upon inspection, some bodies had organs missing.
In April 2024, the desecration of Palestinian bodies was highlighted again, this time in a statement from the Gaza Ministry of Religious Affairs accusing the IDF of mass corpse mutilation including carrying out postmortem decapitations and dismemberment.

A British Spy Plane Flew Over His Neighbourhood In Gaza Hours Before Israel Blew Up His Home And Killed 34 Civilians Including Women And Children.
On the evening of December 12, 2024, Israeli warplanes reduced the Sheikh Ali family home near a post office in Nuseirat, central Gaza, to rubble.
Three floors were turned in seconds to a pit filled with debris, and the voices of the children who once filled the space with laughter and play fell silent forever.
There were approximately 60 people in the house at the time, most of them women and children.
That night 34 of them were killed and many others injured.
The night before this massacre, two spy planes took off from a British air base on Cyprus 200 miles away and flew towards Gaza.
The first plane was owned by Britain’s Royal Air Force (RAF).
It turned off its transponder and went dark as it approached Gaza’s coast, a protocol observed by almost every British surveillance mission over the strip.
But the second plane, owned by a U.S. company, failed to turn off its tracker, leaving its exact route visible online.
Flight data shows it circled around Nuseirat at 11pm local time for about 20 minutes before heading back to Cyprus.
At one point it flew almost directly above the Sheikh Ali family’s home, passing just three streets away.
The next day, the RAF plane spent around two hours near Gaza between 6-8pm, hiding its precise location by turning off its transponder.
Then at 8.30pm, Israel’s air force flew over Nuseirat and bombed the Sheikh Ali home.
A survivor of the massacre told Declassified: “Bodies and fragments were scattered over and beneath the rubble. The faces of dead children were crushed in a way that no mind or heart can describe. To this day, even after all this time, some bodies remain trapped under the rubble, unrecovered. If there is evidence that British reconnaissance planes participated in the massacre committed against us, then Britain is complicit in the genocide.”
Britain’s Ministry of Defence insists the surveillance flights it sends over Gaza, more than 600 since 2023, are purely looking for hostages held by Hamas and other armed groups.
But such assurances are cold comfort to civilians hit by Israeli air strikes.

Palestinian Children Continue To Disappear Amid Israeli Military Detentions In Gaza.
Palestinian children continue to disappear in Gaza while searching for food and humanitarian aid amid Israel’s blockade, according to documentation collected by Defence for Children International Palestine (DCIP).
Over the past several months, DCIP has documented six additional Palestinian children who have gone missing in Gaza.
“Israeli forces are disappearing Palestinian children under the cover of starvation and siege,” said Ayed Abu Eqtaish, accountability program director at DCIP. “Families are searching for their children with no answers, while Israel continues to conceal the identities and locations of Gaza detainees.”
The disappearances of these children are part of a broader pattern documented by DCIP throughout 2025, as chaos and mass displacement across Gaza have left families without any information about the well-being or whereabouts of their loved ones.
Israeli forces have arbitrarily detained hundreds of Palestinians, including children, without charge, trial, or notification to their families.
Parents searching for their children are left in anguish, receiving no updates, confirmation, or acknowledgment from Israeli authorities regarding whether their children are alive or where they are held.
The enforced disappearance of Palestinian children amid Israel’s ongoing blockage and assault reflects the total erosion of international protection mechanisms.
As long as Israel continues to act with impunity, Palestinian families will remain trapped in uncertainty, searching endlessly for their missing children.

Israeli Soldiers Confirm The Routine Use Of Human Shields And Opening Fire On Civilians At Food Distribution Points.
Israeli soldiers have described a free-for-all in Gaza and a breakdown in norms and legal constraints, with civilians killed at the whim of individual officers, according to testimony in a TV documentary.
Some of the IDF soldiers who talked to the programme requested anonymity while others spoke on the record.
All pointed to the evaporation of the official code of conduct concerning civilians.
The soldiers who agreed to talk confirmed the IDF’s routine use of human shields, contradicting official denials, and gave details of Israeli troops opening fire unprovoked on civilians racing to reach food handouts at the militarised distribution points set up by the U.S. and Israeli-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF).
The IDF’s intelligence data showed that by the reckoning of Israeli military officials, 83% of those killed in Gaza were civilians.

The British Government Deliberately Misled The Public Over Israeli Football Fans.
Fresh revelations have exposed the Maccabi Tel Aviv football club’s supporters, who ran amok in Amsterdam in November 2024, to be “highly organised fighters” linked to the Israeli military, who deliberately targeted Muslim communities.
The intelligence, shared by Dutch authorities with their British counterparts, directly led to a ban on Maccabi Tel Aviv fans attending a Europa League fixture against Aston Villa in Birmingham.
The decision, grounded in public safety concerns, was later upheld, despite fierce political pressure and accusations of anti-Semitism from the British government.
According to a confidential West Midlands Police report obtained by the outlet, Dutch investigators confirmed that “over 200” Maccabi fans involved in the clashes had ties to the Israeli military.
A further 500 to 600 were identified as “experienced fighters,” who were “highly organised and coordinated, intent on serious violence and not afraid of fighting with police.”
The report detailed how the Israeli supporters descended on Amsterdam, launching violent attacks that turned the city into what locals described as “a battlefield.”
The police said many of the fans “intentionally targeted Muslim communities,” assaulting taxi drivers, tearing down Palestinian flags, throwing people into canals, and chanting anti-Arab and hate-filled slogans.
Yet, despite these findings, UK ministers publicly dismissed the violence, reframing the Birmingham ban as an act of discrimination against “Israelis and Jews.”
In parliament, Culture Secretary Lisa Nandy claimed the decision was “based in no small part on the risk posed to those fans that are attending who support Maccabi Tel Aviv, because they are Israeli and because they are Jewish.”
Observers have found such line of argument, regularly used by Western politicians, to be aimed at blurring the line between Zionists and the Jewry.
Independent MP Ayoub Khan, who represents Birmingham Perry Barr, said the revelations prove the government had misled the public. “This information about the Maccabi fans has not been previously mentioned in the media.”

The Fate Of Palestinians Who Vanished While Attempting To Access Food.
Israeli forces bulldozed dead bodies of Palestinians and buried them in shallow graves, a CNN investigation has uncovered.
The report, based on extensive video analysis, satellite imagery and testimonies from witnesses and former soldiers, reveals that Israel committed systematic violations of international humanitarian law in Gaza.
The investigation sheds light on the fate of Palestinians who vanished while attempting to access humanitarian aid convoys in northern Gaza.
Survivors and relatives of the missing described scenes of indiscriminate gunfire by Israeli troops as desperate civilians rushed to obtain food.
Video footage geolocated to the Zikim area shows several decomposing bodies, some half-buried, next to an overturned aid truck.
Dogs can be seen scavenging the corpses.
Satellite images analysed by CNN confirm that bulldozers were active in the area during and after the incidents.
Civil defence teams confirmed that many bodies were never retrieved due to ongoing Israeli attacks.
One former Israeli soldier told CNN that his unit buried nine unarmed Palestinians without marking the graves or taking photographs for identification.
