What If There Is No God Or Creator?
What if there is no God or Creator and the world with all its suffering as well as its beauty is a random product of a meaningless universe?
There are many people that believe this is the case.
Then all human plans and efforts for improvement and progress would be in vain,
And humanity would be without hope.
If there is no God or eternity then all we do here is irrelevant.
If nothing matters then there are no ultimate consequences.
( Dion Felsrow )

There Is No Third Possibility.
There are only two possibilities as to how life arose.
One is spontaneous generation arising to evolution.
The other is a supernatural creative act of God.
There is no third possibility.
Spontaneous generation, that life arose from non-living matter was scientifically disproved 120 years ago by Louis Pasture and others.
That leaves us with the only possible conclusion that life arose as a supernatural creative act of God.
I will not accept that philosophically because I do not want to believe in God.
Therefore, I choose to believe in that which I know is scientifically impossible; spontaneous generation arising to evolution.
( Dr. George Wald, professor emeritus of biology at Harvard University and Nobel Prize winner in biology )

The Theory Of Life.
The theory that life (and nature) came about from chaos, confusion and chance, is very improbable.
Things as complex as life do not happen by chance.
I believe that sense and intelligence created our complex life and nature, for a reason and for a purpose.
I don’t believe that dead, lifeless chemicals
and molecules somehow magically mixed together, without any sense or intelligence or reason or purpose and made the beauty and wonder that surrounds us.
The brain controls all the organs in our body.
Which means the brain must have come first, before the heart and lungs and everything else.
Was life meant to be, or was it simply by chance and good fortune?
I think our brain knows more than it is letting on.
( Rose Winfold )

A growing number of respectable scientists are defecting from the evolutionist camp.
Moreover, for the most part these ‘experts’ have abandoned Darwinism, not on the basis of religious faith or biblical persuasions, but on scientific grounds, and in some instances, regretfully.
( Wolfgang Smith, Ph.D., physicist and mathematician )

Make Of Yourself A Light.
Rely upon yourself.
Do not depend upon anyone else.
Control your own mind.
Keep your mind from greed,
And you will keep your behaviour right,
Your mind pure and your words faithful.
If you find your mind tempted and so entangled in greed,
You must suppress and control the temptation.
Be the master of your own mind.
Control your mind and do not let it deviate from the right path.
Life is ever changing.
No one can escape the dissolution of the body.
Do not vainly lament,
But realise that nothing is permanent.
Do not cherish the unworthy desire that the changeable might become unchanging.
The demon of worldly desires is always seeking chances to deceive the mind.
You must break the bonds of worldly passions and drive them away.
You must positively protect your mind.
( Buddha )

Hundreds of scientists who once taught their university students that the bottom line on origins had been figured out and settled are today confessing that they were completely wrong.
They’ve discovered that their previous conclusions, once held so fervently, were based on very fragile evidences and suppositions which have since been refuted by new discoveries.
This has necessitated a change in their basic philosophical position on origins.
Others are admitting great weaknesses in evolution theory.
( Luther D. Sutherland )

God Speaks In Deeds.
I believe in God but I have my doubts about revelation.
I would say that I have no proof whatsoever that God reveals Himself or tells us how to behave, what He wants.
I believe that God is a silent God, and He must have a very good reason why He is silent.
If He would begin to talk, He would have to speak in three thousand languages and in all kinds of dialects.
God speaks in deeds, but the language of deeds is so large its vocabulary is as large as the universe perhaps.
So we only understand a very small part of His language.
Everything man says about God is pure guesswork.
But since I believe in God’s existence and since God created man and formed his brain, I believe also that there must be something of the divine in men’s ideas about Him even if they are far from being adequate.
( Isaac Bashevis Singer )

Once we see that the probability of life originating at random is so utterly minuscule as to make it absurd, it becomes sensible to think that the favourable properties of physics on which life depends are in every respect deliberate.
It is therefore almost inevitable that our own measure of intelligence must reflect higher intelligences, even to the limit of God.
Such a theory is so obvious that one wonders why it is not widely accepted as being self-evident.
The reasons are psychological rather than scientific.
( Sir Fred Hoyle, British mathematician, astronomer and cosmologist )

We Cannot See God.
Some people say, “There isn’t a God because I can’t see Him”.
There are many things in everyday life we cannot see, yet we know they are there.
We cannot see the wind.
We cannot see electricity.
We cannot see air.

We cannot see love.
We cannot see God.

But we know He is there because of the wonderful world all around us.
It is full of beauty and colour and amazing designs from the tiniest insect to the vast, unending universe.
( Dion Felsrow )

Unfortunately many scientists and non-scientists have made Evolution into a religion, something to be defended against infidels.
In my experience, many students of biology – professors and textbook writers included – have been so carried away with the arguments for Evolution that they neglect to question it.
They preach it.
College students, having gone through such a closed system of education, themselves become teachers, entering high schools to continue the process, using textbooks written by former classmates or professors.
( George Kocan, 21.04.1980 )

Things Do Not Happen By Chance.
With a book, the words do not fly through the air and happen to land in the right order.
Someone has to put it all together to make sense.

So a book must have an author – someone to write it.
A painting must have an artist – someone to paint it.
A building must have an architect – someone to plan it.
Trains, boats, cars, aeroplanes, bridges and all types of machinery are designed and built by engineers and craftsmen.
So too with our world – It did not all happen by chance.
Someone planned it, put it together.
This great designer, architect, creator, we call God.
( Rose Winfold )

The theory of Evolution will be one of the great jokes in the history books of the future.
Posterity will marvel that so flimsy and dubious an hypothesis could be accepted with the incredible credulity it has.
( Malcolm Muggeridge, philosopher )

It is very improbable that life (and nature) came about by chance and luck, with no intelligence or sense present.
In fact, it’s impossible.
How can something so complex and magnificent and such a masterpiece be designed and created without any sense or intelligence, not even a single brain cell?

( Rose Winfold )

Scientists who go about teaching that Evolution is a fact of life are great con men, and the story they are telling may be the greatest hoax ever.
In explaining Evolution we do not have one iota of fact.
( Dr. T. N. Tahmisian, a former U.S. Atomic Energy Commission physiologist )

We Should Look Beyond Our Imagination.
When we look at the creation of the world and the universe and life, we should look beyond the rational, we should look beyond our knowledge, we should look beyond our intelligence and we should even look beyond our imagination.
We should look at creation with hope and wonder and know that one day the Creator will reveal all.
( Len Firswood )

Evolution is a fairy tale for grown-ups.
This theory has helped nothing in the progress of science.
It is useless.
( Dr Louis Bounoure, Director of Research at the French National Centre for Scientific Research, Director of the Zoological Museum and former president of the Biological Society of Strasbourg )

Life Is A Long Passage.
Life is a long passage, you have to learn to be young, then grow to learn to be mature and grow to learn to be old.
The older you get, the more important it is not to act your age.
If you carry your childhood with you, you never become older.
As we grow old, the beauty steals inward.
To be seventy years young is sometimes far more cheerful and hopeful than to be forty years old.

You are young at any age if you are planning for tomorrow.
We grow neither better nor worse as we grow old, but more like ourselves.
Never lose sight of the fact that old age needs so little but needs that little so much.
How old would you be if you didn’t know how old you was?
Just remember, when you’re over the hill, you begin to pick up speed.
The older we grow, the more we listen to people who don’t talk much.
When people tell you how young you look, they are also telling you how old you are.
( Dion Felsrow )

Today our duty is to destroy the myth of evolution, considered as a simple, understood, and explained phenomenon which keeps rapidly unfolding before us.
The deceit is sometimes unconscious, but not always, since some people, owing to their sectarianism, purposely overlook reality and refuse to acknowledge the inadequacies and falsity of their beliefs.
( Pierre-Paul Grasse, French Academie des Science )

By looking to the Source, to the Creator of nature, we can remember how to navigate life organically, with less struggle, and less suffering.
( Jeffrey R. Anderson )

In fact, evolution became in a sense a scientific religion.
Almost all scientists accepted it and many are prepared to ‘bend’ their observations to fit in with it.
I think we need to go further than this and admit that the only acceptable explanation is creation.
I know this is an anathema to physicists, as indeed it is to me, but we must not reject a theory that we do not like if the experimental evidence supports it.
( H. S. Lipson, Professor of Physics, University of Manchester )

God’s Precious Gift Of Free Will.
God’s precious gift of free will means that we can choose between right and wrong, good and bad.
We can choose to love each other or not.
We can choose to love God or not, to do what He wants or what we want, to live for God or for ourselves.

Sadly, many people choose to be selfish, greedy and to please themselves rather than God.
Why do they do this?

Why do so many people cause misery and suffering to other people?
( Rose Winfold )

If you don’t believe in a God or a Creator, then you believe there is no one greater than you or me.
That’s daunting.

( Len Firswood )

What Happens After We Die?
Our body gets old and one day it will die.
It will have done the job it was meant to do for our life here.
When we die, or rather when our body dies, our spirit lives on because it can never die or be killed.
What happens next?

To answer this we have to go to the only one with the answer.
Jesus went through the experience of death and came back alive,
And he alone can speak with authority on life after death.
He tells of two eternal worlds – Heaven and Hell.
Hell is where God has withdrawn his presence and therefore all light and love.
Jesus describes it as a place of darkness, weeping and torment.
Jesus describes Heaven as the true home of all God’s people.
We will be raised from death with a new, spiritual body at the end of time.
All the puzzles and mysteries of life will be revealed.
Jesus made it crystal clear that he would once again break into human history.
Not as a helpless baby, but as supreme king of all creation, Heaven and Earth.
Jesus said his return would be sudden.
He warned that the world would be unprepared.
Jesus will return as judge.
The whole of mankind, both the dead and the living, will be divided into two.
God’s people to eternal life – the rest to eternal death.
There will be nothing unfair about his judgment.
( Rose Winfold )

We have no acceptable theory of evolution at the present time.
There is none, and I cannot accept the theory that I teach to my students each year.
Let me explain.
I teach the synthetic theory known as the neo-Darwinian one, for one reason only.
Not because it’s good, we know it is bad, but because there isn’t any other.
Whilst waiting to find something better you are taught something which is known to be inexact, which is a first approximation.
( Professor Jerome Lejeune )

Do Not Worry About Tomorrow.
Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink.
Or about your body, what you will wear.
Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes.
Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?
And why do you worry about clothes?
So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’
For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.
But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.
Each day has enough trouble of its own.
( Jesus )

For We Are Them And They Are We.
If you want to know the identity of the mysterious ‘Them’ all you have to do is look in the mirror.
If you want to change things then campaign and protest and do not rest until your voice is heard.
If you do nothing then you are just a silent part of the evil which is corrupting and destroying the world.

What have you done in the past to fight cruelty and injustice?
More important, what do you plan to do in the future?
( Rose Winfold )

A Man Who Has No Enemies.
A man who has no enemies has not lived his life to the full.
You should live honestly and with honour so that at the end of every day you can go to sleep content that you have done the right thing.
If you always do the right thing and you never do the wrong thing, you will have no reason to hold yourself in low esteem.
Most of the sorry individuals who are constantly worrying about what other people think have no real idea about what is right or wrong.
( Len Firswood )

The Big Bang Is A Wild Absurdity.
Darwin and Karl Marx didn’t reveal the secret of the world.
Of all the theories about creation, the one expounded in Genesis is the most intelligent.
All this talk about primordial mists or the Big Bang is a wild absurdity.
If someone found a watch on an island and said it had been made by itself or that it developed through evolution, he would be considered a lunatic.
But according to modern science, the universe evolved all on its own.
Is the universe less complicated than a watch?

( Isaac Bashevis Singer )
