Thousands Of Unauthorised And Illegal Experiments On Children, Geriatric And Psychiatric Patients In Israeli Hospitals.

A leading Israeli doctor and medical ethicist has called for the prosecution of doctors responsible for thousands of experiments on small children and geriatric and psychiatric patients in Israeli hospitals.

An investigation by the government watchdog, the state comptroller, has revealed that researchers in ten public hospitals administered drugs, carried out unauthorised genetic testing or undertook painful surgery on patients unable to give informed consent or without obtaining health ministry approval.

At one hospital, staff pierced children’s eardrums to apply an experimental medication yet to be approved in any country.
At another, patients with senile dementia had their thumbprints applied to consent forms for experimental drugs.

Two women died from infections, but their deaths were not reported to the ministry nor was a legally required investigation committee set up.
In some cases the deaths of patients who were part of clinical trials were not immediately reported, which undermined attempts to establish whether the experiments were to blame.

Ashoka The Great, 304 – 232 BC.

Born to the Mauryan (ancient Indian) imperial house, Ashoka loved to hunt and was a war-like young man, the favourite of his father.
When his father died, Ashoka killed all his brothers and went on a brutal rampage to expand the empire.
It culminated in the slaughter by the Daya river, where more than 100,000 citizens were killed by his army.

Afterwards Ashoka was appalled at the carnage and vowed then to embrace Buddhism.
He was a changed man.
The laws that followed were relatively just and he set up pillars with his edicts carved on them across India.
He even promoted vegetarianism and treated all his subjects as equals regardless of caste.
By the time of his death, he ruled India, Pakistan, Nepal and Afghanistan.

The U.S. Has Intervened In Latin American Governments At Least 41 Times In Less Than A Hundred Years.

In less than a hundred years from 1898 to 1994, the U.S. government has intervened successfully to change governments in Latin America a total of at least 41 times.
That amounts to once every 28 months for an entire century.
Direct intervention occurred in 17 of the 41 cases.

These incidents involved the use of U.S. military forces, intelligence agents or local citizens employed by U.S. government agencies.
In another 24 cases, the U.S. government played an indirect role.
That is, local actors played the principal roles, but either would not have acted or would not have succeeded without encouragement from the U.S. government.

John Brown.

On October 16, 1859, in an attempt to end slavery, John Brown led 21 men on a raid of the Federal Arsenal at Harpers Ferry, Virginia, USA.
His plan to arm the slaves was thwarted and most of his men killed or caught.
John Brown was hanged on December 2nd that year.

Slaughter And Suffering On An Unimaginable Scale.

World War Two.
For three years, German armies rampaged across the Soviet Union.
Inflicting slaughter and suffering on an unimaginable scale.
In total, around 8.7 million Soviet soldiers were killed during the war, along with 18 million Soviet civilians.
Over 3.3 million Soviet soldiers were executed in German concentration camps.
The Soviet Red Army killed around 80% (4 out of 5) of German military forces killed during the war.

The First Naval Battle.

The first naval battle of the ‘hundred years war’ (1337 – 1453) was at Sluys, France in 1340.
The French King, Philip VI, was preparing to invade England from Flanders, but his fleet was surprised at dawn at Sluys.
The English attacked from the east with the rising sun blinding the French crossbowmen, while illuminating their own ships perfectly for the English archers.
Conservative estimates put the French losses at about 190 ships and 18,000 men, including both admirals.
Such was the scale of the victory that the English joked the fish were speaking French because of the number of bodies in the sea.
It was one of the most crushing victories in naval history, and ensured that the rest of the war would be fought on land.

Healthy new-born babies may have been killed in Ukraine to feed a flourishing international trade in stem cells, evidence obtained by the BBC suggests.
Disturbing video footage of post-mortem examinations on dismembered tiny bodies raises serious questions about what happened to them.

Ukraine has become the self-styled stem cell capital of the world.
There is a trade in stem cells from aborted foetuses, amid unproven claims they can help fight many diseases.
But now there are claims that stem cells are also being harvested from live babies.

The BBC spoke to mothers from the city of Kharkiv who say they gave birth to healthy babies, only to have them taken by maternity staff.
In 2003 the authorities agreed to exhume around 30 bodies of foetuses and full-term babies from a cemetery used by maternity hospital number six.
One campaigner was allowed into the autopsy to gather video evidence.
She has given that footage to the BBC and Council of Europe.

In a report investigating the disappearance of newborn babies, the Council describes a general culture of trafficking of children snatched at birth, and a wall of silence from hospital staff upwards over their fate.
The pictures show organs, including brains, have been stripped, and some bodies dismembered.

The My Lai Massacre.

Shocking images of a South Vietnamese village being burned and dozens of its civilian residents being left for dead first appeared in the relatively obscure ‘The Plain Dealer’ on November 20, 1969.
The photographs, which brought the world’s attention to the massacre, raised the question of whether they portrayed what they purported to.
These were the days before it was easy to manipulate an image.
But the photographs, taken by Ronald Haeberle, a U.S. army sergeant who witnessed the killings by U.S. soldiers in March of 1968 while on assignment with them, were genuine.
To its credit, The Plain Dealer went ahead with publication despite pressure from the U.S. army.
It took guts for a paper of its size to do so.

Israeli Soldiers Accused Of Raping An 11-Year-Old Girl.

At least 17 soldiers and five civilians are under investigation for the rape of an 11-year-old girl at an Israeli air base.
According to reports in the Israeli media, the girl, whose father is a non-commissioned officer in the army, was living with her family at an air base in the south of Israel.
She began to have sex with soldiers and workers at the base from the age of 11 until the age of 14.
